Job Description:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent.
• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent.
• Preferably with experience from a manufacturing industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills
• Can work under pressure
• Can start immediately

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervises the implementation of the preventive maintenance program of the plant equipment and facilities as stated in the Engineering & Maintenance program
• Supervises the repairs and corrective maintenance of the equipment and facilities
• Coordinates with third party contractors the implementation of special projects and equipment maintenance
• Reviews and recommends purchase requisitions submitted by departments concerned and channels to the General Manager for approval
• Supervises the safekeeping of machine history records, building plans and maintenance documents
• Submits monthly engineering reports to the General Manager citing department productivity and cost-cutting programs
• Conducts in-house training of subordinates for skills enhancement
